- Founding member of the Marketing team that scaled Catalyst 9x ARR by setting up and optimizing several marketing campaigns that grew Catalyst into a well-known brand in Customer Success, winning awards like Inc. 2022 Best in Business and LinkedIn 2021 Top Startup.
- Owned the end-to-end experience on multiple in-person and digital marketing campaigns simultaneously across ABM, events, paid media, and content to support lead acquisition, sales objectives, and pipeline acceleration.
- Established and optimized paid search channel, including keyword targeting, landing pages, ad copy, and spend optimization to generate over $500K in qualified pipeline with 20x+ return on ad spend in the first quarter of channel launch.
- Developed and expanded our āCoaching Cornerā, a mentorship program for Customer Success professionals. Grew the program 8x, from 100 to 800+ participants, in two years and transformed it into a successful ABM campaign thatās sourced over $500k in pipeline from target accounts.
- Managed Sendoso, our direct mail and gifting platform. Enablement and setup resulted in 100% adoption of the tool across the GTM teams, influencing over $2M of pipeline and directly sourcing over $500k.
- Moved Catalyst from #12 in our main category to #4 on G2 and gathered 300+ reviews in less than 1 year, leading to Catalyst being named #26 on G2ās list of Top 100 Fastest Growing Products of 2022.
- Implemented a new lead scoring system that increased our MQL to Opportunity conversion 100% by decreasing the number of unqualified leads generated by marketing, improving sales rep productivity.
- Promoted from Community Specialist (May 2021) to Demand Gen Specialist (Jan 2022) to Demand Generation Manager (Feb 2023).

- Hired as the first full-time employee to build Stacklistās events & community programs from scratch. Launched and scaled 4 community programs for early-stage startup founders: a weekly panel series, a quarterly summit, a monthly fintech series, and a daily virtual talk series.
- Managed all sponsorship activities: prospecting, proposal customization, negotiation, and support. Secured $10k-$90k sponsorships with companies like Verizon, Microsoft, and Brex.
- Created and managed our marketing strategy that focused on social media, email, and content marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase event attendees and email subscribers.
- Developed, iterated, and documented company processes for sales outreach, speaker bookings and event promotion that were used across hundreds of events.
- Recruited, hired, and managed 3 employees in marketing and events.
